Me and Steve went to BC–Brooklyn College–at the same time–a time when my boy’s woman, Wally hipped on how to taking all your classes in TWO days…so i DID

Problem was, my first class, PoliSci 101, was at 8 in the AM, and my next class wasn’t until after All My Children–so i schlepped to class leaving my home in Rockaway @6 AM…in January–and the motherfucking prof didn’t show up the first two weeks…so i didn’t go back to that class until a week before mid-terms.

Asked the prof for the syllabus, and he gave it to me with the pronouncement that I DOUBT you’ll pass the mid-term…and of course i skewered his pronouncement–got the second highest mark in a class of about 70 students…only FIVE people passed–and I was obviously so pissed when that was announced at the mid-term reviews class that i was escorted out of BC

And i cannot swear on a stack of non-GOP bibles, but Steve Malzberg might have been in that class…HE who once said:
