Wonder if the sock world would want the obama sock as a leader.
I used to hang around these day labor places, they had a parking lot out of view of the place and the public and people would loiter in the back to smoking and people would drive up to give them work–40-60 a day unless it was a big project then you’d get more. Not always the greatest co-workers though–if they had front teeth you had it good for that day.
i always liked the day labor sites- it was over minimum wage as i recall- but i was living in a hotel so at the end of the day i had enough for a room, a #3 comboy from some fast food joint, and some beer.
food, beer, and shelter- the basic human needs.

I wish i would of thought of those sock puppets, I’d find some foreign producer and have my retirement in the bank. If I could have 500k to invest at this age I could retire today.
